About the Event
This presentation is designed for busy women who want sustainable strategies to maintain energy, clarity, and confidence while building successful businesses and healthy lives. Participants will leave with practical techniques to improve focus, reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and create greater balance—allowing them to lead, serve, and thrive without sacrificing their own wellbeing.
Specific things attendees will learn, understand, or be able to implement after your presentation:
Recognize the physical and emotional signs of chronic stress before they lead to burnout or overwhelm.
Practice diaphragmatic breathing techniques to quickly calm the nervous system, improve focus, and reduce anxiety.
Use simple decompression and grounding exercises during the workday to restore energy and increase resilience.
Understand how stress is stored in the body and how releasing tension can improve mental clarity, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
Develop a personal resiliency toolkit with actionable techniques they can use immediately in business, relationships, and everyday life.
Event Highlights:
Networking: Begin with a meet-and-greet and a 30-second introduction from each attendee to share about you and your business.
