So many capable women reach a point where they sense there is more for them, in their business, their health, their relationships, or their sense of purpose, and yet they feel quietly stuck. They are working hard and doing everything right, and still the results they long for stay out of reach. What most of us were never taught is that our results are not random. They flow from a pattern, and once you can see the pattern, you can begin to change it.

In this session, we will explore how our thoughts shape our feelings, our actions, and ultimately the results we live with. We will practice noticing what we are noticing, because the mind quietly filters our world to match what we are paying attention to. And we will walk through three keys to creating a life you love: designing your dream, deciding for your dream, and befriending the fear that shows up whenever we reach for something new. Attendees will leave with a clearer vision for their next chapter and a practical first step to move from stuck to inspired.
