About the Event

Our speaker, Beth Hacket will share some simple health tips ladies can begin to shift their metabolic health.


Event Highlights:

  • Networking: The door will open at 8:15. We begin at 8:30 with a meet-and-greet and a 30-second introduction from each attendee to share about you and your business.

  • Keynote Presentation: Beth Hackett, Thrive in Wellness

  • Open Networking: Connect with other attendees after the presentation.


Additional Notes:

  • Parking: Please park in the lower lot and enter through the side entrance on the left. The upper lot is reserved for MRC and those needing closer access.

  • Community Contribution: Consider bringing a non-perishable item to donate to the Mountain Resource Center.

  • Refreshments: Feel free to bring your coffee or beverage; pastries will be provided.
