We are offering a FREE workshop to our local community on the subject of Downsizing and what's all involved in more than just selling your home. There are financial decisions, financing options, years of belongings to sort through, and plenty of questions about what to do first.

  We've brought together a panel of local experts to help make the process easier.

  During this free, one-hour workshop, we'll discuss:

• Financing options for your next home, or simply aging in place

• Decluttering, organizing and simplifying the moving process

• How to create a plan before you're ready to make a move
