About
Conifer and the surrounding areas are unincorporated and lack local govern which limits communication with Jefferson County officials. To address this, Conifer Area Council (CAC) was established in 2002, becoming a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2007.
CAC is a team of volunteers from the community.
