Each day offers a blend of restorative wellness experiences, creative workshops, and time to simply be. You're invited to participate in what resonates and skip what doesn't. Every activity is designed to support comfort, connection, and calm, so you can engage at your own pace and in your own way.

Arrival & Welcome
Ease into the day with a relaxed arrival, light mingling, and a warm welcome. This is a low-pressure space to settle in, meet fellow attendees, grab a cup of tea, and get comfortable before the day unfolds.

Morning Movement & Nature Sessions (Choose One)
Start your morning in a way that feels good to you. Guests will choose one of the following small-group experiences:

Wellness Experience & Lounge
During this two-hour window, guests will get to sign up for three 15-minute wellness sessions (all optional):

While you're waiting, relax in the Wellness Lounge, complete with cozy blankets, soothing playlists, and a thoughtfully curated tea station. This time is intentionally unstructured so you can rest, recharge, or simply be.

Enjoy a build-your-own sandwich bar with fresh breads, proteins, veggies, spreads, and all the fixings. Casual, nourishing, and easy. Accommodating your dietary restrictions as well.

Charcuterie Class + Wood-Burned Custom Board
Burn your own custom charcuterie board with Michelle, then move to the next station, where Tara will guide you through creating a beautiful charcuterie spread to match your design. -
Design-Your-Own Spring Wreath
Create a stunning spring wreath using seasonal florals, greenery, ribbons, and decorative elements to craft something uniquely yours.
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Collaborative Cabin Cook-Off
Guests will be divided into small groups and assigned a cabin and a portion of the meal. Each cabin will work together on a specific cuisine and category, such as appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, sides, desserts, or drinks. We’ll then come together to enjoy a shared, community-created dinner.

Wind-Down & Connection
After dinner, the evening is all about slowing down. Gather around the fireplace for music, conversation, games, and relaxed connection. No agenda, no pressure, just space to unwind and enjoy the moment.
